As much as I hate to admit this, I have worked with both of the Defendants back in the early 2000’s. And yes they both were, as Shannon Siders father has pointed out, very laid back and quiet individuals. Paul I saw get upset one time in all the time I worked with him. Matt(Skip) for the most part just kept quiet and kept to himself. They never got worked up and just let things run off their backs as the old saying goes. Even when someone was upset at a mistake they made at work. They just shrugged like it was no big deal.
