Dr. Stephen D. Cohle was at the start of his junior year in college in Carthage, MO, when this crime occurred. At that, he was a year older than the victim. He is now the chief medical examiner for Kent County, MI. A forensic pathologist of advanced standing, Dr. Cohle has been of significant help in our cases. He explains how Shelley’s death occurred and things that might be done differently these days.
