Olisa Williams
Olisa Williams is listed missing from Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, MI, as of February 8, 1983. Olisa’s father, Isiah, has claimed that he last saw her in June, 1982 when he was smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol while driving Olisa around in a car.  He claims that he parked at Island Park and fell asleep. When he woke up, the car door was open and Olisa was gone. Police do not believe Olisa was abducted, but rather was murdered or given to someone else to be raised.
